摘要
针对电厂实际运行中炉内燃烧出现的问题,采用INFIT燃烧优化控制系统,有选择地组合模块框架,在现场试验的基础上确定控制依据并嵌入模块框架,生成更贴近实际、更具有针对性的新燃烧系统。通过研究实践,得到这一优化控制系统合理可行,可有效降低一次风机及引风机厂用电率,在同样排烟温度下,排烟损失减小,可以减少污染物实际排放。
In response to the problems of combustion in the furnace during the actual operation of power plants,an INFIT combustion optimization control system is adopted,selectively combining module frameworks.Based on on-site experiments,the control basis is determined and embedded in the module framework,to generate a more practical and targeted new combustion system.Through research and practice,it has been concluded that this optimized control system is reasonable and feasible,which can effectively reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate of primary air and induced draft fan.At the same smoke exhaust temperature,the smoke exhaust loss is reduced,and the actual emission of pollutants is reduced.
