摘要
为解决当前城市轨道交通运营企业在票务组织管理方面存在的成本摊销率、流失率和废卡率高的问题,开展对其优化研究。通过基于层次分析法的票务组织管理流程关键业务选择,优化城市轨道交通网络运营售票业务流程,对票卡、设备等进行内部控制管理,以此设计一种新的票务组织管理方法。通过实例证明,新的管理方法可有效降低成本摊销率、流失率和废卡率。
In order to solve the problems of high cost amortization rate,high loss rate and high scrap rate in ticket organization and management of urban rail transit operators,optimization research is carried out.Through the selection of key business of ticketing organization management process based on analytic hierarchy process,the ticketing business process of urban rail transit network operation is optimized,so as to design a new ticketing organization management method by internal control management of ticket cards,equipment,etc.The example proves that the new management method can effectively reduce the cost amortization rate,loss rate and scrap rate.
