摘要
为提高有限元建模仿真效率、降低工程技术人员的操作难度,研究了T形三通管橡胶复合胀形仿真过程中涉及的关键问题。基于ANSYS Workbench仿真平台开发了航空导管橡胶成形系统,创建了建模仿真流程、参数化建模工具与仿真分析工具。利用开发的工具进行了T形三通管橡胶复合胀形研究,分别对最优工艺参数成形及起皱、破裂等成形缺陷进行模拟,以成形高度及壁厚最大增厚率与最大减薄率为成形性能评价指标,将仿真结果与现有试验结果进行对比。结果表明:使用开发工具进行有限元仿真的结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了开发的航空导管橡胶成形系统的有效性,为成形试验及性能分析提供有效的参考与指导,具有一定的工程实际应用价值。
In order to improve the efficiency of finite element simulation and decrease the operation difficulty of technical engineering personnel,the critical problems in finite element simulation of T-shaped tube compound forming with rubber were investigated.The aviation tube rubber forming system was developed based on ANSYS Workbench,and the flow of modeling and simulation,parameterized modeling tool,and simulation and analysis tool were established.The T-shaped tube compound bulging forming with rubber was investigated using developed tools,the forming with the optimal process parameters and the forming failures including wrinkles and ruptures were simulated.The forming height of the branch,the maximum thickening rate and the maximum thinning rate were selected as evaluating indicators of forming performance.By comparing the simulation results and experimental results,it is concluded that the finite element simulation results using developed tools and the experimental results are in good agreement.The comparison results verify the effectiveness of the developed aviation tube rubber forming system,providing a useful reference to the analysis of forming performance and the feasibility of practical engineering application.
