Summary and Prospect of Development of Prestressed Concrete Sleeper Technology in China

摘要 预应力混凝土轨枕技术的发展是铁路轨道技术进步的重要环节。本文详细梳理总结了我国预应力混凝土轨枕技术的发展历史和现状,并基于总结成果和现场运营经验,提出了轨枕未来技术发展的建议。结果表明,我国预应力混凝土轨枕现场总体使用情况良好,能够满足运营条件的要求。目前,我国轨枕总体水平较高,但在以下方向仍需深入研究:设计技术方面,需要与制造相结合,并与轨道结构整体设计相结合协同研究;制造技术方面,需要从长模流水机组法的改进优化和短模流水机组法的研发两个方向整体提升,同时不断提高生产制造过程中的自动化和信息化,加强生产过程中的监督控制。本文研究成果可为我国预应力混凝土轨枕行业技术进一步发展提供参考。 The development of prestressed concrete sleeper technology is an important link in the technical progress of railway track.This article provided a detailed summary of the development history and current situation of prestressed concrete sleeper technology in China,and based on the summarized results and on-site operation experience,proposed suggestions for the future development of sleeper technology.The results indicate that the overall use of prestressed concrete sleepers on site in China is good and can meet the requirements of operating conditions.At present,the overall level of sleepers in China is relatively high,but in-depth research is still needed in the following areas.In terms of design technology,it needs to be combined with manufacturing and collaborative research with the overall design of track structures.In terms of manufacturing technology,it is necessary to improve from the two directions of improvement and optimization of the long mold flow unit method and research and development of the short mold flow unit method,while the automation and informatization should be continuously improved in the production process,and the supervisory control should be strengthened in the production process.The research results of this article can provide reference for the further development of technology in China’s prestressed concrete sleeper industry.
