摘要
基于第五次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查,对大型老龄专项调查培训的设计与实施进行实践研究,设计提出包括对象分析、模块规划、教学设计及效果评估等方面的多维度培训方案,采用线下线上相结合的方式组织开展培训,设计开发培训效果评估系统,进一步总结第五次调查培训的设计和实施经验,为同类相关调查培训研究提供参考。在今后的实践中,可根据实际情况灵活运用本研究提出的培训设计与实施方案,进一步提高调查培训的质量和实效性。
Based on the fifth sample survey on the living conditions of urban and rural elderly people in China,the study conducts practical research on the design and implementation of large-scale special investigation and training on ageing;designs and proposes multi-dimensional training programs,including object analysis,module planning,teaching design and effect evaluation;organizes and carries out training by combining offline and online methods;designs and develops the training effect evaluation system;further summarizes the design and implementation experience of the fifth survey training;and provides reference for the similar survey training research.It is suggested that,in the future practice,the training design and implementation scheme proposed in the study can be flexibly applied according to the actual situation to further improve the quality and effectiveness of investigation training.
