摘要
思政教育是当前研究的热点,但干部培训中思政教育的相关内容研究则少有提及。通过聚焦北京市朝阳社区学院相关干部培训,对其实践现状进行梳理与分析,作者发现思政教育存在系统化建设不完善、课程之间思政教育实施不均衡、相关主体协作不畅通的情况,就干部培训中如何进一步深化思政教育的问题,从完善思政机制建设、提升教师课程思政能力、相关主体深度协同三个方面探索并提出对策与建议。
Ideological and political education is the focus of current research,but research related to ideological and political education in cadre training is rarely mentioned.Focusing on the relevant cadre training in Chaoyang Community College,this paper sorted out and analyzed its status quo.It is found that ideological and political education is imperfect in systematic construction and unbalanced in the curriculum implementation among courses.In addition,there is a need for greater coordination between relevant subjects.To further deepen ideological and political education in cadre training,this paper puts forward some suggestions and proposals from the following three aspects:improving the mechanism of ideological and political education,developing teachers'professional competence in ideological and political education,and deepening the coordination between relevant subjects.
