摘要
为研究中厚板火焰切割后的变形规律,本文以14mm的Q355C中厚板为研究对象,通过对TMCP状态和TMCP+回火状态的钢板分别进行三种不同方式火焰切割,分析不同条件下火焰切割钢板的应变规律。结果表明:单侧火焰切割条形钢板的侧弯情况最为严重;双侧火焰切割条形钢板时,随着留边量的增加,条形钢板的侧弯量快速下降。此外,本文通过数值模拟建立了钢板火焰切割过程的温度场,结合切割过程中钢板温度变化及塑性变形规律对钢板火切的变形机理进行分析。结果表明:火焰切割条形钢板侧弯,主要是由于在火焰切割边附近造成的塑性变形引起的。
In order to study the deformation law of plate after flame cutting,the paper take 14mm Q355C plate as the research object,including TMCP and TMCP+T states,then three methods of flame cutting were applied on these plates of two states,the stain behavior of the flame cutting elongated plate in different circumstances has been analyzed.The results show that the edge camber of unilateral fire cutting is the biggest;when bilateral fire cutting,as the increase of the distance between flame edge and mother-plate edge,the edge camber decrease rapidly.In addition,this paper established the temperature field during the flame cutting process by numerical simulation.Combined with the temperature variation in flame cutting process and the plastic deformation law,the mechanics of edge camber of elongated plate has been built.The results show that the edge camber of flame cutting elongated plate results from plastic deformation near the flame cutting edge.
