山西省高速公路站区污水深度处理技术应用研究

摘要 污水处理过程中产生的碳排放量占总量的1%~2%。为扎实推进碳达峰行动,研究提出“基于多元催化复合载体的自养反硝化生活污水处理技术(P-AD)”的脱氮除磷深度消减技术体系,研究了该工艺深度脱氮除磷机理、开展了高速公路收费站实际工程应用,探索了最佳的工艺运行参数,研究结果表明:该工艺主要采用多元催化复合载体的催化微电解作用、自养微生物的硝化反硝化作用、以及絮凝沉淀作用等高效去除水中COD、氮、磷等污染物;最优的工艺运行参数组合为水力停留时间(HRT)为7.5 h、溶解氧(DO)浓度为4.0 mg/L、回流比为3∶1。有助于高速公路站区污水处理形成可复制、可推广的污水资源化利用模式,为减少“直接碳排放”作出贡献。 The carbon emissions generated in the process of sewage treatment occupy 1%–2%of the total.For making solid progress in the action of peak carbon dioxide emissions,this paper proposed the deep reduction technology system of nitrogen and phosphorus removal of"Autotrophic Denitrification Domestic Sewage Treatment Technology Based on Multiple Catalytic Composite Carrier(P-AD)".The mechanism of advanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal by this technology was studied,the practical engineering application of the expressway toll station was carried out,and the optimum process operation parameters were explored.The research results showed that the process mainly adopted the catalytic micro electrolysis of multiple catalytic composite carriers,nitrification and denitrification of autotrophic microbes,and flocculation precipitation to efficiently remove COD,nitrogen,phosphorus,and other pollutants in water.The optimum process operation parameters were hydraulic retention time(HRT)of 7.5 h,dissolved oxygen(DO)concentration of 4.0 mg/L,and reflux ratio of 3∶1.This research is helpful to form a reproducible and generable sewage resource utilization model for sewage treatment in expressway station,and contribute to reducing"direct carbon emissions".
