摘要
目的 观察基于“一气周流”理论自拟运中安眠方联合针刺治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年12月深圳市宝安纯中医治疗医院失眠专病门诊就诊的心肾不交型不寐患者60例,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组给予针刺治疗,观察组在针刺治疗基础上配合口服运中安眠方治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分,以及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%,P <0.05);两组中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.01);两组PSQI评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05);两组SCL-90评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组不良反应发生率(3.33%)低于对照组(6.67%,P> 0.05)。结论 基于“一气周流”理论自拟运中安眠方联合针刺治疗心肾不交型不寐效果显著,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yunzhong Anmian Prescription combined with acupuncture on the insomnia of heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome based on the theory of one-qi circulation.Methods Sixty patients with insomnia of heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome treated in the outpatient department of Insomnia in Shenzhen Bao'an Authentic TCM Therapy Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were included in this study.The patients were randomized into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)with the random number table method.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group with Yunzhong Anmian Prescription combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)score,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The response rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.00%vs.66.67%,P<0.05).The treatment in both groups decreased the TCM syndrome scores(P<0.01),and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.01)after treatment.The PSQI and SCL-90 scores of both groups decreas after treatment(P<0.01),and the decreases in the observation group were larger than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.33%vs.6.67%,P>0.05).Conclusion The self-prepared Yunzhong Anmian Prescription combined with acupuncture based on the theory of one-qi circulation demonstrates definite therapeutic effect on the insomnia of heart-kidney non-interaction syndrome without causing obvious adverse reactions.
