摘要
针对地铁ZDJ9型转辙机的健康状态在线评估问题,提出一种基于实时监测数据与变权模糊综合评判的地铁转辙机健康状态评估方法。首先,考虑ZDJ9转辙机运行时的电气、机械特性以及外部环境,建立健康状态分层评估指标体系;其次,基于层次分析法确定转辙机评估指标的常权重,并依据变权理论,根据指标监测数据的相对劣化度对权重进行修正;最后,将健康状态划分为4个等级,通过建立的隶属度函数计算指标监测数据对各健康等级的隶属度,构建基于模糊综合评判的转辙机健康状态分层评估模型。以成都某地铁线的转辙机监测数据为例对方法进行验证,并与常权评估方法作对比。结果表明,对于指标劣化度严重的情况,常权方法的评估结果显示转辙机仍处于“健康”状态,而本文方法的评价结果对于指标数据的变化更加敏感,健康状态评估结果为“严重”,符合实际的健康状况,可为状态性维修工作提供理论依据。
Aiming at the online assessment of the health status of metro ZDJ9 switch machines,a health status assessment method of metro switch machines based on real-time monitoring data and variable weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.Firstly,considering the electrical and mechanical characteristics and the external environment of the ZDJ9 switch machine during operation,a hierarchical evaluation index system for health status is established.Secondly,the constant weight of the switch machine evaluation index is determined based on the AHP and the weight is modified according to the relative deterioration degree of the index monitoring data based on the variable weight theory.Finally,the health status is divided into 4 levels,and the membership degree of the index monitoring data to each health level is calculated by the established membership function,and then a hierarchical evaluation model of the switch machine health status based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed.Taking the monitoring data of the switch machine of a certain line of Chengdu Metro as an example,the method is verified and compared with the constant weight evaluation method.The results show that,for the serious deterioration of the indicators,the evaluation results of the constant weight method show that the switch machine is still in a“healthy”state,while the evaluation results of the method in this paper are more sensitive to the changes of the index data,and the evaluation result of the health state is“severe”,which accords with the actual health condition and can provide the theoretical basis for condition-based maintenance.
