摘要
针对青海省某多晶硅企业的液氯储罐区,进行了液氯泄漏的危险性分析。通过建立高斯烟羽模型,分析了氯气泄漏扩散的浓度分布;利用MATLAB软件,探究了不同环境因素如大气稳定度对氯气扩散的影响程度并进行了事故后果的定量分析,从而得到有效的应急疏散范围。结果表明:MATLAB仿真,不仅可以快速精确地完成复杂的计算和分析,预测特定位置人员的伤亡情况,还能够将结果以图形的形式呈现,有利于相关安全人员直观地分析判断事故情况,制定相应的应急措施。
Liquid chlorine is widely used in industry.However,it belongs to highly toxic dangerous chemicals,which is easy to leak and cause safety accidents,mainly manifested as the chlorine gas poisoning.In this paper,the risk analysis of the liquid chlorine leakage accident is car-ried out in the liquid chlorine storage tank area of a polysilicon enterprise in Qinghai Province.By establishing Gaussian plume model,the con-centration distribution of the chlorine gas leakage and diffusion has been analyzed and measured.Then MATLAB software is used to explore the influence degree of different environmental factors such as atmospheric stability on the chlorine gas diffusion and to conduct a quantitative analy-sis of the accident consequence so as to obtain an effective emergency evacuation range.Based on the MATLAB simulation proposed in this pa-per,it can not only quickly and accurately complete the complex calculation and analysis to predict the casualties in specific locations,but also present the results in the form of graphics,which is conducive to the relevant safety personnel to intuitively analyze and judge the accident situa-tion to formulate the corresponding emergency measures.
