摘要
介绍了智能化原辅料粒度检测系统结构组成、检测工艺流程和应用效果。该系统的应用,不仅能同时满足多种原辅料粒度检测的需求,提高设备利用率和检验效率,而且统一的标准化的检验过程,也保证了检验的准确性,是原辅料粒度检测的发展方向。
The structure,process flow and application effect of the intelligent particle size detection system for raw and auxiliary materials are introduced.The application of the system can not only meet the requirements of par-ticle size detection of various raw and auxiliary materials at the same time,improve equipment utilization and inspec-tion efficiency,but also ensure the accuracy of the inspection through a unified standardized inspection process,which is the development direction of particle size detection of raw and auxiliary materials.
