摘要
目的探讨健肝乐颗粒联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月商丘市立医院收治的82例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,随机分为联合组、常规组(各41例)。给予常规组恩替卡韦分散片治疗,给予联合组健肝乐颗粒联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗,对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后的肝功能指标[谷草转氨酶(GOT)、总胆红素(T-Bil)]、T淋巴细胞亚群(Th1/Th2、Treg/Th17)、不良反应。结果联合组患者临床总有效率高于常规组(P=0.019),治疗前,两组患者肝功能对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的GOT、T-Bil水平较治疗前均降低,且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05),两组治疗后的Th17/Treg、Th1/Th2均低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组低于常规组(P<0.05),联合组不良反应发生率为14.63%,常规组不良反应发生率为12.20%,两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健肝乐颗粒联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的效果较好,能改善肝功能,降低T淋巴细胞亚群水平,且安全。
Objective To investigate the effects of Jianganle granules combined with entecavir dispersive tablets on chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to Shangqiu Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into the combination group and the routine group(41 cases in each group).The routine group was treated with entecavir dispersive tablets,and the combination group was treated with Jianganle granules combined with entecavir dispersive tablets.The therapeutic efficacy,liver function indexes[glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),total bilirubin(T-Bil)],T lymphocyte subset(Th1/Th2,Treg/Th17)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the routine group(P=0.019).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in liver function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of GOT and T-Bil in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and GOT and T-Bil levels in the combination group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Th17/Treg and Th1/Th2 levels in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and Th17/Treg and Th1/Th2 levels in the combination group after treatment were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.63%in the combination group and 12.20%in the routine group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianganle granules combined with entecavir dispersive tablets have significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B patients,which can improve liver function and reduce the level of T lymphocyte subgroup,and is safe.
