摘要
针对传统医用护理粘胶材料没有载药和抗菌性能的问题,提出一种新型蕲艾精油微胶囊粘胶材料的制备,并对其性能进行研究。试验结果表明,在聚乙烯醇(PVA)质量分数为1%,跨膜压力为20 kPa的乳化条件下,制备的微胶囊粒径为5.2μm,表面平整光滑,粒径分布均匀。以该微胶囊为原料制备的蕲艾精油粘胶纤维,载油率为25.7%,在36 h强制释放条件下,释放率约为29%,在大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均中的抑菌带宽度分别为1.72 mm和8.31 mm时,缓释效果和抑菌效果良好,满足GB/T 20944.1-2007的规定要求。
Aiming at the problem that the traditional medical care adhesive material has no drug loading and antibacterial properties,a new type of Agkistrodon argyi essential oil microcapsule adhesive material was prepared and its properties were studied.The test results showed that the particle size of the microcapsule is 5.2μm when the PVA concentration was 1%and the transmembrane pressure was 20 kPa.The surface was flat and smooth,and the particle size distribution was uniform.The argyi essential oil viscose fiber prepared with the microcapsule as the raw material had an oil loading rate of 25.7%.Under the 36 h forced release condition,the release rate was about 29%.The width of the bacteriostatic band in both Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 1.72 mm and 8.31 mm,respectively.The sustained release effect and bacteriostatic effect were good,meeting the requirements of GB/T 20944.1-2007.
