庞庞塔煤矿托顶煤巷道锚喷注联合补强支护技术

摘要 庞庞塔煤矿9-8032巷受采动影响、托顶煤掘进,巷道局部矿压显现明显。通过顶板钻孔窥视法,确定巷道需要补强支护的范围为1800~1955 m之间,提出了“扩刷帮注浆+注浆锚索+顶板喷浆+架棚”联合补强支护方案。结果表明:巷道顶板离层量控制在22 mm以下,顶板最大下沉量为24 mm,整体稳定性较好,说明提出的补强支护方案能够及时有效控制围岩变形,满足矿井安全高效生产需求。 The 9-8032 roadway of Pangpangta Coal Mine is affected by mining and the supporting top coal is excavated,resulting in obvious local mine pressure in the roadway.By using the roof drilling and peeping method,it is determined that the range of reinforcement support required for the roadway is between 1800 m and 1955 m.A joint reinforcement support scheme of"expanding brush side grouting+grouting anchor cable+roof spraying+shed erection"is proposed.The results show that the separation amount of the roadway roof is controlled below 22 mm,and the maximum subsidence amount of the roof is 24 mm.The overall stability is good,indicating that the proposed reinforcement support scheme can timely and effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,meeting the needs of safe and efficient production in the mine.
