掘进工作面长距离供电方案分析与应用

摘要 针对煤矿井下掘进工作面终端设备存在的端电压压降大、供电距离短的问题,详细分析了三种掘进工作面长距离供电方案,以东曲煤矿掘进工作面EBZ260掘进机为试验对象,采用终端单独补偿供电方案完成工业试验。试验结果表明,所提方案能够补偿无功与谐波,达到长距离供电的目的。 In view of the problems of large terminal voltage pressure drop,short power supply distance of terminal equipment in the coal mine underground working working face,three long distance power supply schemes for the driving working face are analyzed in detail.Taking the EBZ260 tunneling machine in the driving working face of Dongqu Coal Mine as the experimental object,the industrial test is completed using a terminal independent compensation power supply scheme.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can compensate for reactive power and harmonic wave,achieving the goal of long distance power supply.
