摘要
目的探讨米索前列醇联合人工流产术治疗早期胚胎停育的临床效果。方法选择2020年2月至2021年12月济南市历城区中医医院收治的88例早期胚胎停育患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=44)、对照组(n=44)。对照组给予常规人工流产术,观察组给予米索前列醇联合人工流产术,比较两组宫颈扩张效果、手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生情况和完全流产率。结果观察组的宫颈扩张总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,完全流产率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇联合人工流产治疗早期胚胎停育的临床效果显著,可以提升宫颈扩张效果,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,提高完全流产率。
Objective To explore the effect of Misoprostol combined with artificial abortion in the treatment of early embryo damage.Methods A total of 88 patients with early embryo damage admitted to Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jinan City from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=44)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional artificial abortion,and the observation group was given Misoprostol combined with artificial abortion.The cervical dilatation effect,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,complications and complete abortion rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical dilatation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the complete abortion rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Misoprostol combined with artificial abortion in the treatment of early embryo damage is significant,which can improve the effect of cervical dilatation,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the complete abortion rate.
