摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对新时代乡村公共体育空间规划的逻辑、问题进行研究,并提出优化方略。新时代乡村公共体育空间规划内在逻辑:以促进公平正义为价值追寻,以共建共治共享为基本路径,以增进适宜适应为主要内容,以提升便捷安全为重点任务,以融入宜居宜业和美乡村为目标方向。问题:供给标准不明,资源配置失衡;村民参与不足,内生动力较弱;技术支撑不够,规划布局欠佳;环境耦合不强,功能服务单一。方略:统筹规划,促进资源配置均衡;回归主体,调动村民全程参与;技术赋能,助力科学选址布局;整合环境,打造多元服务空间。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper studied the logic and problems of the planning of rural public sports space in the new era,and put forward the optimization strategies.The internal logic of rural public sports space planning in the new era:It takes the promotion of equity and justice as the value pursuit,co-construction,co-governance and sharing as the basic path,the improvement of adaptability as the main content,the promotion of convenience and safety as the key task,and the integration of livable and working conditions and beautiful countryside as the goal direction.Problems:The supply standards are unclear and resource allocation is unbalanced.The villagers'participation is insufficient and the endogenous motivation is weak.The technical support is insufficient and the planning and layout are poor.The environment synergizing is not strong,and the function service is relatively simple.Strategies:We should make overall plans to promote a balanced allocation of resources,return to the main body and mobilize the villagers to participate in the whole process,enable technology to help scientific location layout,and integrate the environment to create governance paths such as multiple service spaces.
