摘要 目的推进绿色医院建设,实现后勤能源管理科学化、规范化、精细化。方法成都中医药大学附属医院结合能源管理工作实际,充分发挥信息技术的优势,搭建医院后勤智慧能源管理平台,从硬件、软件两方面双管齐下,强化后勤节能管理机制建设。结果实现能耗数据自动分类分项采集与分析、能源设备实时监控与告警预警、科室能源考核指标量化、科室成本精细核算等,达到能源管理智能、及时、直观和高效。结论医院后勤智慧能源管理平台的建设与应用能够有效从医院基础运行层、技术应用层、管理决策层3方面促进医院节能降耗目标实现,降低万元收入能耗支出。 Objective To promote the construction of green hospitals and realize scientific,standardized and refined logistics energy management.Methods Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with the actual energy management work,gave full play to the advantages of information technology,built a hospital logistics intelligent energy management platform,and strengthened the construction of logistics energy-saving management mechanism from both hardware and software.Results The platform realized automatic classification and sub item collection and analysis of energy consumption data,real-time monitoring and alerting for energy equipment,quantification of departmental energy assessment indicators,and precise departmental cost accounting,ultimately achieving intelligent,timely,intuitive,and efficient energy management.Conclusion The construction and application of the intelligent energy management platform for hospital logistics can effectively promote the achievement of hospital energy conservation and consumption reduction goals from three aspects:basic operation layer,technological application layer,and management decision-making layer,and reduce the energy consumption expenditure of 10000 yuan in income.
