摘要
利用光学显微镜、高频感应钎焊机、剪切强度仪等设备,对人造金刚石精密刀具(简称PCD刀具)的钎焊温度、钎焊时间、钎焊压力和切削磨损进行了研究。结果表明,随着钎焊温度的升高,PCD刀具的剪切强度逐渐变强,当钎焊温度升高至695℃时,刀具的剪切强度趋于稳定。随着钎焊时间的延长,刀具的剪切强度先增加后降低,当钎焊时间延长至15 s时,刀具的剪切强度最大为361 MPa。随着钎焊压力不断增大,刀具剪切强度先大幅增加后降低然后再小幅度增加,当钎焊压力为4 MPa时,刀具剪切强度最大。可见刀具的最优钎焊工艺为钎焊温度695℃、钎焊时间15 s、钎焊压力4 MPa,此钎焊工艺下刀具最耐磨。
The brazing temperature,time,pressure and cutting wear of artificial diamond precision tools(PCD tools)are studied by means of optical microscope,high-frequency induction brazing machines and shear strength meters.The result shows that the shear strength of PCD tools gradually increases with the increase of brazing temperature.When the brazing temperature rises to 695℃,the shear strength of PCD tools tends to be stable.With the extension of brazing time,the shear strength of the tool firstly increases and then decreases.When the brazing time is extended to 15 s,the maximum shear strength of the tool is 361 MPa.With the increasing of brazing pressure,the shear strength of the tool firstly increases significantly,then decreases and then increases slightly.When the brazing pressure is 4 MPa,the shear strength of the tool is the largest.It can be seen that the optimal brazing process of the cutting tool is as follows.Under the condition of brazing temperature 695℃,brazing time 15 s,brazing pressure 4 MPa,the cutting tool is the most wear-resistant under this brazing process.
