摘要
在多级火箭安装拆卸过程中,需要完成级间段水平竖直状态的转换。设计了一种火箭级间段翻转工装,具备安全、通用、操作方便的特点,用于级间段装配过程中的状态转换与安装拆卸。翻转工装通过与级间段的一个端面螺栓有效连接,减少接触损伤。翻转工装中的悬臂适配器设有多连接孔,通过防脱销轴在悬臂适配器上移动调节,适应级间段不同质心位置,实现平稳翻转操作。采用限制旋转方向自由度的方法,实现临界质心位置状态转换的控制。对翻转过程进行状态模拟,经过有限元分析计算,验证翻转工装的强度、刚度满足要求。
During the installation and disassembly of multi stage rocket,it is necessary to complete the conversion of the horizontal vertical state of the interstage section.A rocket interstage flipping tooling was designed,which has the characteristics of safety,versatility and convenient operation,and is used for state conversion and installation and disassembly during interstage assembly.The flipping tooling is effectively connected to one of the end bolts in the interstage section to reduce contact damage.The cantilever adapter in the flipping tooling is equipped with multiple connection holes,the anti pin shaft is moved and adjusted on the cantilever adapter by to adapt to the different center positions of mass between stages for smooth flipping operation.The method of limiting the degree of freedom of rotation direction was used to realize the control of the position state transition of the critical center of mass.The state simulation of the flipping process was carried out,and the strength and stiffness of the flipping tooling were verified to meet the requirements after finite element analysis and calculation.
