ZDY3200S坑道钻机立柱断裂原因分析及优化设计

摘要 应用Unigraphics NX软件对ZDY3200S坑道钻机前立柱进行三维建模,根据钻机主机结构进行立柱受力分析,确立了立柱简化计算模型。应用有限元计算软件对导入立柱模型进行应力计算,分析了钻机立柱根部在施工过程中断裂原因。应用Unigraphics NX软件对立柱进行优化设计,优化设计后的立柱模型经有限元分析计算可以满足强度要求。 Unigraphics NX software was used to carry out three-dimensional modeling of the front column of the ZDY3200S tunnel drilling rig,the stress analysis of the column was carried out according to the main structure of the drilling rig,and a simplified calculation model of the column was established.The finite element calculation software was used to calculate the stress of the imported column model,and the fracture cause of the drilling rig column root during construction was analyzed.Unigraphics NX software was applied to optimize the design of the column,and the optimized column model can meet the strength requirements through finite element analysis and calculation.
