摘要
针对煤矿主煤流运输系统运输距离长、功率消耗高、长期匀速运行输送带及设备损耗的实际问题,设计了采用煤量检测与变频一体机的煤流自适应智能调速系统,介绍了系统组成原理、架构设计、功能模块组成、智能调速控制原理,并在某矿井下进行了试验。结果表明,该系统具有一定的节能效果,尤其是在轻载和空载条件下其节能效果非常明显。
Aiming at the practical problems of long transportation distance,high power consumption,and belt and equipment loss of long-term uniform speed operation in the main coal flow transportation system of coal mines,designed a coal flow adaptive intelligent speed regulation system by using coal quantity detection and frequency conversion integrated machine,and introduced the system composition principle,architecture design,function module composition and intelligent speed control principle,which has been tested in a mine.The results show that this system has a certain energy-saving effect,and the energy-saving effect is more significant under light load and no-load conditions.
