摘要
目的 复盘2022年广东省皮肤科住院医师规范化培训结业实践技能考核中的病理与临床思维考核成绩,以期为皮肤科住院医师病理阅片能力培养提供借鉴。方法 采用t检验和相关性分析对参加2022年广东省结业实践技能考核全部皮肤科住院医师的病理考核成绩、临床思维考核成绩和基本资料进行数据分析。结果 共有108名住院医师参加结业实践技能考核,大学直属附属医院培训基地皮肤科住院医师病理成绩(82.480±11.950)分高于非大学直属附属医院皮肤科住院医师成绩(75.927±12.288)分,两者间成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院医师病理成绩与其临床思维考核成绩呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论广东省皮肤科住院医师规范化培训结业实践技能考核中病理成绩与其培训基地类型有关,大学直属附属医院的病理考核成绩相对较高。病理阅片得分与临床思维密切相关,病理成绩高的住院医师,临床思维成绩也较高,因此,各培训基地应高度重视病理学习,严格把控培训质量,非大学直属附属医院皮肤科基地有待提升病理教学质量,实现皮肤病理教学同质化。
Objective To analyze the assessment results of dermatopathological diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills for dermatology residents joining a standardized training program in Guangdong Province in 2022 to promote their competency of dermatopathological diagnostic ability.Methods The assessment results and residents demographic data were analyzed by t-test and correlation analysis.Results A total of 108 dermatology residents participated in the practical skills assessment after 3-year standardized training.The dermatopathological scores of dermatology residents in the direct-affiliated Hospital of the University were higher than those in non-university direct-affiliated hospitals[(82.480 ±11.950) vs(75.927 ±12.288),P<0.05].There was a positive correlation between the residents' dermatopathological and clinical reasoning assessment scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The dermatopathological diagnostic scores of dermatology residents in Guangdong Province are related to the type of standardized training bases for residents,those of the direct-affiliated Hospital of the University are relatively high.The scores of dermatopathological diagnostic skills are closely related to clinical reasoning,and the dermatology residents who do well in diagnostic tests also do well in clinical reasoning tests.Therefore,in view of its importance,all training institutions should attach great importance to dermatopathological learning and strict supervision of the standardized training process.The training faculty of non-university direct-affiliated hospitals needs to improve the quality of dermatopathological teaching and realize the homogenization of teaching quality.
