摘要
作为住院医师进入专业基地接受培训的初始教育环节,入专业基地教育架起了入院教育和入科教育之间的桥梁,是住院医师规范化培训始业教育不可或缺的重要组成部分。该文根据最新发布的《住院医师规范化培训入专业基地教育指南(2022年版)》的基本内容和要求,结合放射科专业基地特色,对宁波市第二医院放射科专业基地2022级住院医师入专业基地教育的课程设计、实施和反馈进行了实践与探索,初步形成了包括学科背景与组织架构、培训目标和内容计划、必备技能与诊疗能力、过程管理与质量控制这四大模块的放射科住院医师入专业基地教育培训体系,旨在提高放射科住院医师规范化培训教学质量的同时,为放射科住院医师入专业基地教育的规范化、标准化、同质化开展提供借鉴和参考。
As the initial education stage for enrolled radiology residents in the radiology training base,the professional orientation bridges the gap between in-training orientation and admission education.It is an indispensable part of the starting education for standardized residency training.Based on the basic content and requirements of the newly released Guideline for Professional Orientation in Standardized Residency Training( 2022 Edition),and combined with the characteristics of the radiology department,Ningbo NO.2 Hospital explored and practiced the professional orientation for the residents Grade 2022 in our base.A training system was formed,including four modules:discipline background and organizational structure,training objectives and content planning,necessary skills and diagnostic abilities,and process management and quality control.The work aimed to improve the quality and provide some references for the standardized,and homogeneous professional orientation for radiology residents.
