摘要
探究了不同用量和类型的硫化剂、碳材料和树脂材料对氯丁橡胶弹性模量的影响。结果表明,随着硫化剂用量的增加,氯丁橡胶的硬度、拉伸强度变化不大,定伸应力明显增大,其中氧化镁(MgO)对氯丁橡胶的弹性模量影响较大;碳材料中,碳纳米管(CNT)对胶料弹性模量的影响最大,随着CNT用量的增加,弹性模量增大;树脂材料对胶料弹性模量的改善不明显。
The effects of different amounts and types of curative,carbon materials and resin materials on the elastic modulus of neoprene were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of curative,the hardness and tensile strength of neoprene did not change much,while the tensile stress significantly increased;Among them,magnesium oxide(MgO)had a significant influence on the elastic modulus of neoprene.Among carbon materials,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)had the greatest influence on the elastic modulus of the compound,and with the increase of CNT dosage,the elastic modulus increased.The effect of resin materials on the elastic modulus of the compound was not obvious.
