摘要
技能型社会视域下,职业教育“学赛创”人才贯通培养是推动职业教育高质量发展的有力举措。有效落实技能型社会视域下职业教育“学赛创”人才贯通培养,必须以“产教联动”为引领、以竞赛活动为路径、以“学练一体”为手段。当前,技能型社会视域下职业教育“学赛创”人才贯通培养面临教师能力结构亟待完善、技能竞赛体系尚未健全、创新创业要素支撑不足等条件之困、机制之困、环境之困。技能型社会视域下职业教育“学赛创”人才贯通培养困局的消解策略为:加强顶层设计,健全“赛训结合”竞赛体系;坚持强化根基,打造“学赛交融”师资队伍;坚持项目驱动,搭建“资源共享”双创平台;实施双元共建,推进“工学兼顾”校企合作。
From the perspective of a skilled society,the comprehensive cultivation of"learning,competition and innovation"talents in vocational education is a powerful measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.To effectively implement the comprehensive training of vocational education's"learning,competition,and innovation"talents from the perspective of a skilled society,it is necessary to use""industry-education linkage"as a guide,competition activities as a path,and"learning-training integration"as means.Currently,from the perspective of a skilled society,the comprehensive cultivation of vocational education learning,competition and innovation"talents is facing difficulties such as the urgent need to improve the teacher's ability structure,the incomplete skill competition system,insufficient support for innovation and entrepreneurship elements,mechanism,and environment.The strategies for resolving the dilemma of"learning,competition,and innovation"talent cultivation in vocational education from the perspective of a skilled society are to strengthen top-level design and improve the"competition-training combination"competition system;adhere to strengthening the foundation and build a teaching team that integrates learning and competition;adhere to project driven approach and build a"resource sharing"platform for innovation and entrepreneurship;implement dual construction and promote school-enterprise cooperation with a focus on both engineering and education.
