摘要
目的 探讨结肠息肉患者在内镜下高频电凝电切术方案治疗基础上联用钛夹的优势。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月新疆生产建设兵团第四师医院期间收治的80例结肠息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组40例单用内镜下高频电凝电切术,观察组40例联用钛夹技术方案。对比两组总有效率、手术指标、氧化应激指标、血清炎性因子水平、并发症率。结果 观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、手术操作用时、术后创面愈合时间相较对照组均更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组维生素E高于对照组,皮质醇、抗利尿激素、丙二醛均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-10、C-反应蛋白均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结肠息肉患者在内镜下高频电凝电切术基础上联用钛夹展开治疗,可降低氧化应激程度及炎性反应水平,具更高安全性。
Objective To explore the advantages of titanium clips combined with endoscopic high-frequency electro‐coagulation and electroresection for patients with colon polyps.Methods 80 patients with colonic polyps who were ad‐mitted to the Fourth Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients who were treated with endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and electrosurgery alone,and an observation group of 40 patients who were treated with titanium clips.The total effective rate,surgical indicators,oxidative stress indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels,and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results The total ef‐fective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statisti‐cally significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).The observation group had fewer intraoperative bleeding,operation time,and postoperative wound healing time compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,vitamin E in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and cortisol,vasopressin and malondialdehyde were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Interleukin 6,interleukin 10 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were better than those in the control group after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation and electroresection,the treatment with ti‐tanium clip can reduce the degree of oxidative stress and inflammatory response,and has higher safety.
