摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种十分常见的睡眠障碍性疾病,通常以睡眠中呼吸突然停止并伴有睡眠中断为特征。OSAHS为儿童和成年人心脑血管代谢疾病的重要危险因素,糖代谢相关疾病的发生与OSAHS密切相关。本文就OSAHS与糖代谢紊乱及糖尿病微血管并发症的关系的研究进展作一综述。
Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) is a very common sleep disorder,usually characterized by sudden cessation of breathing during sleep accompanied by sleep disruption.OSAHS is an important risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular metabolic diseases in children and adults,and occurrence of glucose metabolism-related diseases is closely related to OSAHS.The present article makes a review on research progress on relationship among glucose metabolism disorder,diabetic microvascular complications and OSAHS.
