摘要
以LNG低温球阀为研究对象,通过对密封必需比压和弹簧预紧力进行理论计算,结合ANSYS Workbench建立阀座与球体接触的有限元模型,进行热固耦合分析,对比静力场和耦合场的模拟结果,结合影响密封面特性的两个关键因素(密封面宽度和压力角)对阀座密封面给出优化建议。结果表明:耦合场的低接触压力均值相比静力场整体减小了13%左右,阀座密封面处的密封比压随着密封面宽度的减小而增大,随压力角的增大并非线性增加。有效的密封面宽度在2.00~4.25 mm之间,有效的压力角范围是45.03~45.38°。
Taking LNG cryogenic ball valve as the research object,theoretical calculation of required seal specific pressure and spring preload was implemented,including having ANSYS Workbench combined to establish the finite element model of valve seat and ball contact,carrying out the thermal-solid coupling analysis,comparing the static field and coupling field simulation results,as well as having two key factors(sealing surface width and pressure angle)which affecting sealing surface characteristics combined to present suggestions to optimize the sealing surface of the valve seat.The results show that,as compared to the static field,the mean value of the low contact pressure in the coupling field decreases by about 13%and the sealing specific pressure at the sealing surface of the valve seat rises with the decrease of the sealing surface width and it’s not a linear rise with the increase of the pressure angle.The effective sealing face width ranges from 2.00 mm to 4.25 mm and the effective pressure angle stays from 45.03°to 45.38°.
