摘要
探讨了管道在线矫形的基本原理和结构塑性损伤评价准则,并针对某核电站存在初始安装偏差的管道,采用直接弹塑性分析方法,通过有限元数值仿真论证了管道在线矫形技术的可行性。结果表明,笔者提出的两种方案均能达到预期的管道矫形结果,且引起的塑性损伤满足规范限值要求。通过对比分析,推荐采用施加外部变形和引起的残余塑性应变均更小的技术方案。
Both principle and evaluation criterion of on-line piping rectification were discussed.Aiming at the piping with an initial installation deviation in a nuclear power plant,both direct elastic-plastic analysis method and the FE numerical simulation method were adopted to test the feasibility of the on-line piping rectification technology.The results show that,the two schemes proposed can achieve the expected results of the piping rectification,and the plastic damage caused by them complies with the codes.The contrastive analysis indicates that the technical scheme with lower external deformation and residual plastic strain should be recommended.
