摘要
实证分析2007-2018年长江经济带11个省市研发投入结构对省域专利质量的影响效应。研究结果表明,从长江经济带整体来看,研发投入结构显著正向影响省域专利质量,但以研发投入结构作为门槛变量发现,研发投入结构对省域专利质量的影响存在明显的双重门槛效应,研发投入结构的最优区间为(0.044 5,0.078 8);分地区探讨发现,研发投入结构对省域专利质量的影响存在地区异质性,对长江下游地区的省域专利质量具有显著促进作用,并存在单一门槛效应,超过临界值0.070 6,促进效应减弱;对长江中上游地区的省域专利质量的促进作用不显著且不存在门槛效应。为提升长江经济带各省市的省域专利质量水平,需合理协调基础研究与应用研究投入占比,重视两者之间的协同发展。
Empirical analysis of the impact of R&D investment structure on provincial patent quality in 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2007 to 2018.The results show that,from the perspective of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as a whole,the R&D investment structure has a significant positive impact on the improvement of provincial patent quality.However,using the R&D investment structure as a threshold variable,it is found that there is an obvious double threshold effect on the impact of R&D investment structure on provincial patent quality.The optimal range of R&D investment structure is(0.0445,0.0788);Through the discussion of different regions,it is found that there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of R&D investment structure on the quality of provincial patents,which has a significant role in promoting the quality of provincial patents in the downstream regions and has a single threshold effect.When it exceeds the critical value of 0.0706,the promotion effect is weakened.The promotion effect on the provincial patent quality in the middle and upper reaches is not significant and there is no threshold effect.In order to improve the provincial patent quality level of provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is necessary to reasonably coordinate the proportion of investment between basic research and applied research,and attach importance to the synergistic development between them.
