摘要
企业的发展需要以企业竞争情报为引领,提前洞察行业发展趋势、热点技术等外部驱动因素和信号,及时做出预判并提前布局。基于国际战略情报标准、技术竞争情报系统框架理论研究,总结技术竞争情报体系的核心关键要素。根据业务实践,提出构建企业竞争情报体系的思路与方法。
The development of an enterprise needs to be guided by the strategic information of science and technology,gain insights into external driving factors and signals such as the development trend of the industry and hot technologies in advance,and make a timely prediction and layout in advance.Based on the theoretical study of international strategic intelligence standards and technical competitive intelligence system framework,this paper summarizes the core key elements of scientific and technological strategic intelligence system,puts forward the ideas and methods of constructing enterprise scientific and technological strategic intelligence system according to the working practice.
