摘要
以丙烯酰胺为核心单体,在配位剂、分散剂、交联剂或偶联剂存在下,引发并催化制备聚丙烯酰胺。聚丙烯酰胺具有活性酰基和其他分子结构。通过乳化、絮凝、复合交联等方法可以提高聚丙烯酰胺的应用性能。聚丙烯酰胺被称为“百业助剂”和“万能产品”,广泛应用于增稠、稳定胶体、减阻、粘接、成膜、生物医学材料等方面。简介了近年来离子型聚丙烯酰胺的几种制备方法,阐述了聚丙烯酰胺在石油开采、造纸加固、工业水处理、土壤改良、纺织印染、矿产利用等方面的开发应用最新进展。
Using acrylamide as the core monomer,polyacrylamide was initiated and catalyzed to prepare in the presence of coordination agents,dispersants,crosslinking agents or coupling agents.Polyacrylamide has active acyl groups and other molecular structures.The application performance of polyacrylamide could be improved through methods such as emulsification,flocculation,and composite crosslinking.Polyacrylamide was known as a"versatile additive"and a"universal product",widely used in thickening,stabilizing colloids,reducing drag,bonding,film-forming,biomedical materials,and other fields.Several preparation methods of ionic polyacrylamide in recent years were introduced,and elaborated on the latest progress in the development and application of polyacrylamide in petroleum mining,paper reinforcement,industrial water treatment,soil improvement,textile printing and dyeing,mineral utilization,and other fields.
