摘要
以复杂模具为例,针对复杂曲面的结构特点,利用UG NX软件在“使用3D的IPW”“使用基于层的IPW”和“参考刀具”3种编程方法下完成二次开粗数控加工程序的编程设计,并采用VERICUT软件对数控加工程序进行仿真模拟,以研究不同二次开粗编程方法对复杂模具切削加工的刀具轨迹、加工余量和加工时间的影响。结果表明:“使用3D的IPW”二次开粗得到的刀具轨迹安全可靠,且具有加工余量均匀和加工质量好的优点,是复杂模具二次开粗数控编程的良好选择。
Taking complex mould as an example,this study focuses on the structural characteristics of complex curved surfaces and uses UG NX software to complete the programming design of re-roughing numerical control machining programs under three different programming methods“using 3D IPW”,“using layer-based IPW”,and“reference tool”.Vericut software is used to simulate and analyze the numerical control machining program to study the effects of different re-roughing programming methods on tool paths,machining allowances,and machining time for complex mould cutting.The results show that the tool path obtained by“using 3D IPW”has the advantages of safety and reliability,uniform machining allowance and good machining quality,which is the optimal choice for numerical control programming of complex mould.
