液压式振动桩锤减振问题分析

摘要 建筑用液压式振动桩锤在沉桩过程中,液压管路振动特性呈无序化特点,以单一的流固耦合模型控制方式很难形成综合控制效果。以建筑用液压式振动桩锤为例,对其振动控制问题进行分析研究。通过分析液压式振动桩锤的机械结构,了解其振动来源,设置液压式振动桩锤产品的振动控制目标函数,完成振动控制模型的设计;以此为基础,利用非线性函数优化粒子群算法,通过振动因素权重和振动惯性权重等约束条件对模型进行训练,保证其收敛性,以获取模型最优解,实现振动控制。通过实验分析可知:所提方法振动控制完成时间较短、满意度较高,可为复杂环境下液压式振动桩锤的安装提供参考。 During the pile driving process of the hydraulic vibratory pile hammer for construction,the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline are disordered,and it is difficult to realize comprehensive control with a single fluid-solid coupling model control method.This paper takes the hydraulic vibratory pile hammer for construction as an example to analyze and study its vibration control problem.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the hydraulic vibratory pile hammer is analyzed to understand its vibration source;the vibration control objective function of the hydraulic vibratory pile hammer product is set,and the design of the vibration control model is completed.Then,the nonlinear function is used to optimize the particle swarm.The algorithm trains the model through constraints such as vibration factor weights and vibration inertia weights to ensure its convergence,so as to obtain the optimal solution of the model and realize vibration control.Through the experimental analysis,it can be seen that the proposed method has short vibration control completion time and high satisfaction,which can provide a reference for the installation of hydraulic vibratory pile hammers in complex environments.
