摘要
目的:探讨无缝隙优质护理模式对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者术后对比剂肾病(CIN)发生的预防效果。方法:选取130例ASO患者为研究对象,按照护理方式不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用无缝隙优质护理。比较两组患者的治疗依从性,术后肾功能及尿量的情况、肾功能恢复时间等。结果:观察组自我监护、心理调适、坚持锻炼等治疗依从性方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后48、72 h,观察组患者尿量多于对照组(P<0.05);血尿素氮、血清肌酐均低于对照组(P<0.05);估算肾小球滤过率高于对照组(P<0.05);CIN发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),术后肾功能恢复时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙优质护理能够预防提高ASO患者治疗依从性,预防CIN的发生,有利于术后康复。
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of seamless high-quality nursing mode on patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)of lower extremities and contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN).Methods:130 patients with ASO were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the different nursing methods,with 65 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given seamless high-quality nursing.The treatment compliance,postoperative renal function and urine volume,and recovery time of renal function were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in terms of self-monitoring,psychological adjustment,and adherence to exercise(P<0.05).48 and 72 h after operation,the urine volume of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The estimated glomerular filtration rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of CIN in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the recovery time of renal function and hospital stay after operation were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The seamless high-quality nursing can prevent and improve the treatment compliance of ASO patients,prevent the occurrence of CIN,and is conducive to postoperative rehabilitation.
