摘要
农村物流不仅关系到农村居民的日常生产生活,在促进消费和畅通经济循环中也发挥着重要作用。近几年,乡村振兴背景下公路交通和信息基础设施得到改善,为农村物流配送模式升级提供了契机,为解决农村物流“最初+最后一公里”服务能力不足、服务层次低、信息技术落后、资源整合不充分等问题,构建了“客货众”融合发展的农村物流共同配送模式;利用区块链技术不可篡改和可溯源特点,设计了基于区块链技术的农村物流信息平台,为模式运营、数据存储和追踪溯源提供了保障。并采用模糊综合评价法对该模式的合理性和可行性进行了评价,研究结果表明,该模式科学可行。
In recent years,the enhencement of highway transportation and information infrastructure in the context of rural revitalization has created an opportunity to enhence rural logistics.To address the chablenges of limited service capacity,low service level,outdated information technology and insufficient resource integration in the“initial+last mile”of rural logistics,a rural logistics common distribution model with integrated development of“passenger and cargo”has been built.Leveraging the tamper-proof and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology,a rural logistics information platform is designed to ensure model operation,data storage,and traceability.The model s reasonableness and feasibility of the model were also evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the research results showed that the model is scientifically feasibility.
