摘要
王庆国教授临床注重中西汇参,辨病与辨证结合。治疗心系疾病以振奋阳气为首要,同时重视驱逐阴邪,包括水饮、痰浊、瘀血,随证灵活加减用药;并兼顾阴阳、气血,补气以助血运,治血以气血互生。组方用药时注重平衡阴阳,“以平为期”。本文对王庆国教授治疗3种典型心系疾病,即扩张型心肌病、窦性心动过缓、冠心病的经验进行详细解析。
Professor Wang Qingguo pays attention to the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and combines disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation in clinic.In the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,yang qi is the first to be excited,while paying attention to banishing yin pathogenic factors,including retained morbid fluid,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,flexible with the syndrome,adding or reducing drugs;the treatment also takes yin and yang,qi and blood into account,supplementing qi to help blood transport,treating blood so that qi and blood mutually grow.Then he pays attention to the balance of yin and yang in the prescribing,achieving harmony.In this article,Professor Wang Qingguo’s experience in treating three typical cardiovascular diseases of dilated cardiomyopathy,sinus bradycardia,and coronary heart disease was analyzed in detail.
