摘要
目的探讨精细化人文关怀理念在急性胰腺炎临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至10月宜春市人民医院收治的66例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各33例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精细化人文关怀护理,两组患者均持续护理至出院。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、负性情绪、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者的负性情绪、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组,健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化人文关怀理念可提升急性胰腺炎患者治疗依从性,改善其负性情绪,提升患者生活质量,从而获得更高的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined humanistic care concept in clinical nursing of acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 66 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given refined humanistic care,and the patients in both groups continued nursing until discharge.Treatment compliance,negative emotions,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in negative emotion and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of SF-36 in the health survey brief form was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined humanistic care concept can improve the treatment compliance of patients with acute pancreatitis,improve their negative emotions,improve their quality of life,and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
