摘要
目的探讨耳穴埋豆联合正念冥想对血液肿瘤患者焦虑情绪和睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2020年6月至12月江西省肿瘤医院淋巴血液肿瘤科收治的90例血液肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组各45例。两组患者均采用血液肿瘤综合治疗方法,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施耳穴埋豆联合正念冥想护理2周。比较两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)得分。结果干预前,两组患者SAS、PSQI各评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2周后,观察组SAS、PSQI各评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对常规的护理方式,耳穴埋豆联合正念冥想可有效降低血液肿瘤患者焦虑情绪,提高睡眠质量,值得在临床借鉴和推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of ear point embedding combined with positive meditation on the anxiety and sleep quality in patients with haematological malignancies.Methods Ninety patients with hematological malignancies admitted in our department from June to December 2020 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control and the observation groups,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in both of the two groups were treated with comprehensive treatments,In the control group,patients were provided with conventional nursing care only,while in the observation group,besides of conventional nursing care,patients were also treated with ear point embedding and positive meditation for 2 weeks.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)were compared between the two groups Results Before intervention,the SAS and PSQI scores had no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the SAS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than the scores in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing care,ear point embedding with positive meditation can effectively reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality in the patients with hematological malignancies,and this method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
