TRX悬吊训练对健美操运动员核心稳定性的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前健美操项目的身体素质训练基本采用传统的训练方法,但是对于运动员更快地适应健美操项目的发展较为不利,更快且安全地提升健美操运动员核心稳定性是当前急需解决的问题。该文通过对高校健美操运动员进行12周的TRX悬吊训练与传统腰腹训练,研究两种方法对健美操运动员的核心稳定性影响差异。经过训练后得出:两种训练方法对于健美操运动员核心稳定性都有较大幅度的提升,将两组运动员实验后各项成绩进行对比分析发现,1 min仰卧两头起、30 s团身跳以及星形偏移平衡测试的成绩具有显著性差异(P<0.05),表明TRX悬吊训练相对传统的核心力量训练,对健美操运动员核心稳定性与核心力量提升效果更好。建议将TRX悬吊训练运用在健美操项目的训练之中,丰富健美操训练的内容与手段,增强训练的趣味性,最终提升健美操运动员的竞技能力。 At present,the physical quality training of aerobics basically adopts traditional training methods,but it is unfavorable for athletes to adapt to the development of aerobics faster,and it is an urgent problem to improve the core stability of aerobics athletes faster and more safely.Through 12 weeks of TRX suspension training and traditional waist and abdomen training for college aerobics athletes,this paper studied the difference of the effect of the two methods on the core stability of aerobics athletes.After training,it was concluded that the two training methods had significantly improved the core stability of aerobics athletes,but by comparing and analyzing the results of the two groups of athletes after the experiment,it was found that there were significant differences in the results of 1 min jack knife sit up,30 second tuck jump and the star excursion balance test(P<0.05),which showed that TRX suspension training had a better effect on improving the core stability and core strength of aerobics athletes than traditional core strength training.It is suggested to apply TRX suspension training to aerobics training,so as to enrich the content and means of aerobics training,enhance the fun of training,and ultimately improve the competitive ability of aerobics athletes.
