摘要
以智能驾驶为目标的车辆安全性能,特别是车辆制动性能日益受到关注。文章研究一种更接近真实的前后轮双滚筒转毂试验平台,此装置能够模拟出车辆在实际运行过程中的情况,达到精确测试智能驾驶车辆制动性能目的。在此基础上,基于前后轮双滚筒转毂试验台检测原理,对双滚筒转毂制动试验台测试系统进行设计,本试验系统能够对车辆制动性能进行自动评估,只需试验人员根据系统指示将车辆开到试验用双滚筒转毂试验台上并踩下制动器即可获得车辆制动性能试验结果。文章分析了速度阶跃信号、制动压力阶跃信号、建压速度持续时间等参数,经过试验和数据分析得知:双滚筒转毂制动试验台更接近于实际使用路况,通过车辆信号周期、最大延迟时间和制动压力建压速度等测试结果能较真实地反映车辆制动性能。
The safety performance of vehicles aiming at intelligent driving,especially the braking performance of vehicles,has attracted increasing attention.The paper investigates a more realistic closer to front and rear wheel double drum hub test rig,which can simulate the vehicles in actual operation and achieve accurate testing of the braking performance of smart driving vehicles.Based on this,based on the detection principle of front and rear double-drum hub test bench,the test system of double-drum hub test bench is designed.The test system can automatically evaluate the braking performance of the vehicle,and the test results of vehicle braking performance can be obtained only when the test personnel drive the vehicle to the test bench with the double drum rotating hub according to the system instructions and step on the brake.The paper analyses parameters such as speed step signal,brake pressure step signal and build-up speed duration,and after testing and data analysis,it is learnt that the double drum hub brake test stand is closer to the actual road conditions and the test results can reflect the vehicle braking performance more realistically through the vehicle signal cycle,maximum delay time and brake pressure build-up speed.
