大型机场钢结构屋盖北连接体拼装分块施工技术 被引量:7

摘要 结合西安咸阳国际机场三期扩建工程东航站楼(T5)项目,系统阐述航站楼工程概况、北连接体概况,介绍北连接体总体施工思路、施工流程、现场拼装方案、地面拼装分块划分及吊装方案、临时提升支撑架搭设方案、分块吊装措施、吊装索具选择、关键技术措施等。NL-1区在14.500m楼面上采用高空原位拼装到位,NL-2区在7.300m楼面上采用由中间向两侧进行现场拼装,NL-3区采用在地面拼装成块后吊装至楼面再与NL-2区网架进行对接并整体提升的施工工艺,能较好地解决现场施工工序穿插多的问题,提高了施工效率。为保证吊装姿态,对网架分块采用4点吊法进行吊装,其中1根钢丝绳直接与结构捆绑,其余钢丝绳均设置手拉倒链,以便调整吊装单元倾斜角度;提升支撑架单点最大提升点反力约为335.3kN,选用额定承载力为750kN液压提升器。北连接体屋盖钢网架提升时,充分利用原结构受力点作为提升点,在原有结构混凝土柱上设置提升器。当提升至距离设计标高200mm时,暂停提升,保持提升单元空中姿态,安装后补杆件,使提升单元结构形成整体稳定受力体系。此时液压提升系统设备同步减压,至钢绞线完全松弛后拆除液压系统设备,完成提升单元整体提升安装工作。 Combined with the East Terminal(T5)project of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport Phase III Expansion Project,this paper firstly expounds the general situation of terminal construction and north connector.Then it introduces the overall construction idea,construction process,site assembly scheme,ground assembly block division and hoisting scheme,temporary lifting support frame erection scheme,block lifting measures,selection of hoisting rigging,key technical measures.The construction process of zone NL-1 adopts high-altitude in-situ assembly in place on the 14500m floor,zone NL-2 conducts on-site assembly from the middle to both sides on the 7300m floor,and zone NL-3 is assembled into a block on the ground,hoisted to the floor and then connecting with the zone NL-2 grid and lifted as a whole.It can better solve the problem of interspersing many on-site construction procedures and improve the construction efficiency.In order to ensure the hoisting posture,the four-point hoisting method was adopted for the grid structure.One steel wire rope was directly bound with the structure,and the other steel ropes were set with hand-pulled chain to adjust the tilt angle of the hoisting unit.The maximum lifting point reaction force of the lifting support frame was about 3353kN,and the hydraulic elevator with rated load capacity of 750kN was selected.When the steel grid of the roof in the north connection area is lifted,the original structural stress point is fully utilized as the lifting point,and the lifter is set on the concrete column of the original structure.When the lifting is lifted to 200mm from the design elevation,the lifting is suspended,the air attitude of the lifting unit is maintained,and the post-installed rods are supplemented to make the lifting unit structure form an overall stable stress system.At this time,the hydraulic lifting system equipment is synchronously reduced,and the hydraulic system equipment is removed after the steel strand is completely relaxed,and the overall lifting and installation work of the lifting unit is completed.
