摘要
针对电解铝行业现场测试环境复杂的问题,提出了用一种便携式光纤电流互感器结构来代替传统固定光纤电流互感器。分析了温度对波片延迟度的影响,采用了一种变速旋转光纤代替传统的波片来抑制温度的影响;根据传感环柔性安装过程所导致的光路不闭合问题以及导体偏心位置进行研究,设计出一种柔性安装传感环骨架代替传统光纤环,降低不均匀磁场所带来的影响。该光纤电流互感器在-20~70℃温度下输出比差小于0.2%,同时在100~3000 A的直流电流测试中满足0.2级的精度要求。
The field test environment of the electrolytic aluminum industry is complex,so this paper proposes a portable fiber optic current transformer structure to replace the traditional fixed fiber optic current transformer.After analyzing the temperature influence on the delay of wave plate,the paper adopts a new kind of variable speed spin fiber to replace the traditional wave plate to suppress the temperature influence.Problems of the unclosed optical path and the conductor eccentric position occur during the process of the sensing ring flexible installation,so a flexible-installed sensing ring skeleton is designed to replace the traditional optical fiber ring to reduce the influence of nonuniform magnetic field.The output ratio difference of this optical fiber current transformer is less than 0.2%under-20~70℃,which meets the accuracy requirement of 0.2 level in the 100~3000 A DC current test.
