摘要
目的通过Meta分析评价Piezocision辅助加速牙移动的临床效果。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、Ovid等数据库,检索时间限定至2022年5月30日。由2位研究者筛选文献、提取资料并进行质量评价。采用RevMan5.3软件和Stata17比较各指标,采用Cochrane手册5.10版评估偏倚风险,分析加权均数差(WMD)、95%可信区间(CI)和异质性。结果:最终共纳入11篇文献,包括186例受试者。Meta分析结果显示:行Piezocision术后,前3个月内,尖牙移动加权均数差为0.58mm[WMD=0.58,95%CI(0.19,0.97)],差异具有统计学意义;磨牙移动加权均数差为-0.14mm[WMD=-0.14,95%CI(-0.20,-0.08)],差异具有统计学意义;尖牙旋转加权均数差为-0.59[WMD=-0.59,95%CI(-2.06,0.88)],差异无统计学意义。结论:相比于常规正畸,Piezocision能辅助加速尖牙运动,减少磨牙支抗丢失,对尖牙旋转无明显影响。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Piezocision assisted acceleration of tooth movement by Meta analysis.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,Ovid and other databases were searched until May 30,2022.Two researchers screened the literature,extracted the data and evaluated the quality.The measures were compared using RevMan5.3 and Stata17.The risk of bias was assessed using Cochrane Manual 5.10.Weighted mean difference(WMD),95%confidence interval(CI),and heterogeneity were analyzed.Results:A total of 11 literatures were included,including 186 subjects.The results of meta-analysis showed that the weighted mean difference of tooth movement in the first 3 months after piezocision was 0.58mm[WMD=0.58,95%CI(0.19,0.97)],and the difference was statistically significant.The weighted mean difference of molar movement was-0.14mm[WMD=-0.14,95%CI(-0.20,-0.08)],and the difference was statistically significant.The weighted mean difference of tooth rotation was-0.59[WMD=-0.59,95%CI(-2.06,0.88)],the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with conventional orthodontics,piezocision can accelerate the movement of cusp teeth,reduce the loss of molar anchorage,and has no obvious effect on the rotation correction of cusp teeth.
