摘要
目的研究分析精细化护理干预在封闭式负压引流(vacuum sealing draina,VSD)修复慢性伤口中的临床应用价值。方法择取我院一年内收治的80例行封闭式负压引流修复慢性伤口患者,随机将其划分为对照组(常规护理干预,40例)与观察组(精细化护理干预,40例),对照分析不同护理干预措施的临床应用效果。结果观察组创面愈合时间、换药次数、VAS评分、干预后焦虑评分及抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行封闭式负压引流修复慢性伤口患者实施精细化护理干预,具备较高的应用价值,能够改善病患心理状态,减少换药次数与疼痛感,加快创面愈合速度,值得推荐。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value of refined nursing intervention in closed negative pressure drainage(VSD)for repairing chronic wounds.Method 80 patients with chronic wounds treated with closed negative pressure drainage in our hospital within one year were randomly divided into a control group(40 cases with routine nursing intervention)and an observation group(40 cases with refined nursing intervention),and the clinical application effects of different nursing interventions were compared and analyzed.Result The wound healing time,dressing change frequency,VAS score,post intervention anxiety score,and depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing refined nursing interventions for patients undergoing closed negative pressure drainage for repairing chronic wounds has high practical value,can improve the patient's psychological state,reduce the frequency of dressing changes and pain,accelerate wound healing,and is worth recommending.
