摘要
目的:研究在用婴儿培养箱的电磁兼容性(EMC),对其电磁发射进行测试与优化,为婴儿培养箱EMC设计提供可行性指导方案。方法:选取一款使用3年的婴儿培养箱,进行EMC辐射发射和传导发射测试,依据国家医药行业标准验证电磁发射装置优化前后的电磁辐射骚扰值,对不符合标准要求项目进行优化后再次测试。结果:该婴儿培养箱的电磁兼容发射水平在频率为30~50 MHz时的辐射发射超标,在频率为400~600 kHz时的传导发射超标,通过电源的电磁干扰(EMI)治理和箱内印制电路板(PCB)电路EMC优化设计,同时进行滤波、信号接地、屏蔽等抑制措施的优化后,各项测试结果均符合国家医药行业标准要求。结论:电源的EMI治理和PCB的电路布局优化设计作用明显、优化设计合理有效,可为婴儿培养箱EMC设计方案提供支持,对在用婴儿培养箱EMC监管提供科学依据。
Objective:To study the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)of in-use baby incubator,and to test and optimize the electromagnetic emission of baby incubator,so as to provide feasible guidance for EMC design of baby incubator.Methods:A baby incubator that had been used 3 years was selected to implement the tests for EMC radiation emission and conduction emission.The disturbance values of electromagnetic radiation before and after the electromagnetic emission device was optimized were verified according to the national pharmaceutical industry.The items that did not meet the requirement of the standard were retested after they were optimized.Results:The radiation emission of the baby incubator exceeded the standard when the frequency of EMC emission level was between 30-50 MHz,and the conduction emission exceeded the standard when the frequency was between 400-600 kHz.Each tested result could meet the requirement of the standard of national pharmaceutical industry through the electromagnetic interference(EMI)management of power supply and the EMC optimal design of printed circuit board(PCB)circuit inside the box,and other a series of optimizations for suppression measures included filtering,signal grounding and shielding.Conclusion:The effects of EMC management of power supply and the optimal design of PCB circuit layout are obvious,and the optimal design is reasonable and effective,which can provide supports for the EMC design plan of baby incubator and scientific basis for EMC supervision of in-use baby incubator.
