摘要
中国作为锂矿第一大消费国,锂矿国际定价权对中国相关产业发展和宏观经济稳定具有重要意义。锂矿国际定价权影响因素包括国际锂矿供求关系、锂矿期货市场完善程度、锂矿定价交易货币及地缘政治与寡头市场。中国锂矿定价权存在的主要问题包括现货和期货国际定价权双重缺失、锂矿定价权缺失冲击相关产业盈利能力、产业链安全和经济稳定性,导致这些问题的原因有期货市场发展缓慢、行业集中度低、国际话语权较低及人民币国际化水平不高。为有效提升中国锂矿国际定价权,中国应稳健深化发展锂矿期货市场、合理提升锂矿行业集中度、有效提升锂矿国际贸易话语权并持续推动人民币国际化发展。
As the largest consumer of lithium ore in China,the international pricing power of lithium ore is of great significance for the development of China’s related industries and macroeconomic stability.The factors affecting the international pricing power of lithium ore include the international supply and demand relationship of lithium ore,the degree of perfection of the lithium futures market,the pricing and trading currency of lithium mines,as well as geopolitical and oligopoly markets.The main problems of China’s lithium ore pricing power include the double lack of spot and futures international pricing power,and the lack of lithium ore pricing power impacts the profitability of related industries,industrial chain security and economic stability.The reasons for these problems are the slow development of the futures market,low industry concentration,low international discourse power and the low level of RMB internationalization.In order to effectively enhance the international pricing power of China’s lithium ore,China should steadily deepen the development of the lithium ore futures market,reasonably increase the concentration of the lithium ore industry,effectively enhance the discourse power of lithium orein international trade,and continue to promote the internationalization of the RMB.
