摘要
为了实现由大宁水库向永定河生态补水功能,新建连通管道、穿堤管涵、出水涵等将大宁水库与永定河连通。永定河内的既有水利设施为钢筋混凝土包封的小红门再生水管线。本工程的出水涵从其下方穿过,为了不影响小红门再生水管线的供水任务,决定采用临时拆除混凝土包封,对钢管进行悬吊保护,管线下土方采用人工分段分层形式开挖,边坡保护采取随开挖随注浆喷锚加固的方法,土方开挖完成后再生水管线下方采用钢管支护,待出水涵施工完成后,恢复再生水管线原状。此方法既保证了再生水管线的供水任务,也较快地完成了本工程的出水涵的新建任务。
In order to realize the function of ecological water replenishment from Daning Reservoir to Yongding River,new connecting pipelines,dike-crossing pipe culverts,and outlet culverts are built to connect Daning Reservoir with Yongding River.In Yongding River,there is a water conservancy facility,namely,Xiaohongmen reclaimed water pipeline,which is fully encapsulated with reinforced concrete.In order not to affect the water supply task of Xiaohongmen reclaimed water pipeline,it was decided to temporarily remove the concrete envelope,suspend and protected the steel pipe,excavated the soil under the pipeline manually in sections and layers,and reinforced the slope with grouting,shotcreting,and anchoring.After the earthwork excavation was completed,the steel pipe would be used to support the lower part of the reclaimed water pipeline.After the construction of the outlet culvert was completed,the reclaimed water pipeline would be restored to its original state.This method not only ensures the water supply task of the reclaimed water pipeline,but also quickly completes the new construction task of the outlet culvert of this project.
